SME 3 Postcardware release development plan

This page contains the development plan for the postcardware release of SME 3. Please note that it does not contain any dates. It only shows the different steps and the status of the steps. The dates are omitted intentionally because I can not commit to any dates due to the fact that I do this as a hobby in my spare time.
